This is the first course in a series of courses related to the system.  This course provides information on how to access and navigate the system and a breakdown of system-specific terminology and functionality.  The following topics are covered:

• Register and access the system,
• Changing/updating user credentials,
• Navigate between various items and pages on the system,
• Access various online help wiki’s available on the system,
• Logging a query with an online help desk consultant,
• Understanding various system symbols and terminology,
• Applying the above to access various content and information on the system.

After completing this course, you should be able to:

1. Register or log into the system,
2. Know how to navigate within the system.
3. Access online help wiki’s,
4. Log a query via the online help functionality,
5. Apply your understanding of system terminology and symbols to access the relevant system information.
6. Progress to subsequent course material with an understanding and foundation around system fundamentals.
