The following course is structured to assist with accessing and downloading standard system reports which contain useful and critical project information for multiple modules of the system, followed by navigating the online project map and understanding standard system report filters. This course aligns with project-related components covered from course 01 through to course 04, and consists of the following:

• An introduction to standard system reports and defining key concepts and system terminology.
• How to access and navigate the standard reports page on the system.
• How to access various sources of information on the standard reports page including:
  • Project technical information,
  • Project spatial information and,
  • Project financial information.
• How to create and access project maps.

After completing this course, users of the system will be equipped to:

1. Download standard system reports and access project-specific information.
2. Distinguish between the various standard reports available on the system.
3. Access and download an online map which indicates the location and type of projects included in the system.
4. Verify and review project-related information included in multiple modules of the system.
5. Use the information contained within these reports to assist with strategic and IDP reporting requirements.
